Do you give free credits?
Yes. Eligible new accounts can receive free credits when they sign up, and you may receive automatic free top-ups to let you try new features.
There is no guarantee about free credits on sign up or free top-ups. The only reliable way to get credits is to invite other users with your referral link or to buy a credit pack.
Automatic daily free top-ups usually run around midnight UTC and are limited to eligible accounts.
What is Pro, and how do I get it?
Pro unlocks premium actions and extra options.
You can get Pro after a qualifying purchase, or through referrals: once
one of your referrals buys credits, Pro unlocks on your account as long as their Pro access is active.
What shows up on my bank statement?
Purchases use a generic payment descriptor.
The statement line won’t spell out the PronLabs name.
How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account here.
This is irreversible, and any remaining credits will be lost.
