There is no guarantee about free credits on sign up or free top-ups. The only reliable way to get credits is to invite other users with your referral link or to buy a credit pack. Automatic daily free top-ups usually run around midnight UTC and are limited to eligible accounts.
Pro unlocks premium actions and extra options. You can get Pro after a qualifying purchase, or through referrals: once one of your referrals buys credits, Pro unlocks on your account as long as their Pro access is active.
Purchases use a generic payment descriptor. The statement line won’t spell out the PronLabs name.
