2. Information we collect
2.1 Account and contact information
We may collect:
- Email address, login and account information, including credits, Pro access and referrals
- Communications you send us (support messages, feedback, etc.)
2.2 Usage and technical data
We may collect:
- IP address, approximate location, browser, device and login information
- Dates and times of access, pages viewed, referring page and basic interactions
- Records needed to operate and secure the Service and prevent fraud or abuse
2.3 Prompts, uploads, generated content and safety data
We may collect:
- Prompts and images you upload, and images or videos generated for you
- Generation settings and information needed to process requests
- Digital image fingerprints and safety results, including face detection, estimated age category, possible celebrity matches and reasons content was allowed or blocked
We use automated safety checks before or after generation. They may block a request or output. You can contact us if you believe a safety decision was wrong.
Uploaded images are kept only while your request is processed and are deleted when processing is complete. Generated results are visible only to the account that created them and are automatically deleted after two hours.
2.4 Payment and billing information
When you make a purchase, our payment providers (for example, card or crypto processors) collect payment details.
We receive limited billing details from these providers, such as:
- Transaction ID
- Payment amount and currency
- Payment method and status
We do not store your full card number on our servers.
2.5 Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep you logged in and maintain your session
- Remember some of your preferences
- Measure basic usage of the Service and improve performance
Some forms may save values, including prompts, on your device until cleared or overwritten. They are sent to us only when submitted. You can remove cookies and saved values using your browser settings, but this may affect how the Service works.
3. How we use your information
We use the data described above to:
- Operate and provide the Service, including generating and delivering images and videos
- Create and manage your account
- Process payments and keep records of purchases
- Perform safety checks and monitor, detect and prevent abuse, spam, fraud, security incidents and other misuse
- Analyse how the Service is used and to improve features and performance

- Comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights and the rights of others
Where EU law applies, we process data to perform our contract, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests in operating, securing, moderating and improving the Service, and with consent where we ask for it.
4. When we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with:
- Providers that host or operate the Service, process prompts or media, perform safety checks, support login, analyse usage, prevent fraud, process payments or send email

5. International transfers
Our providers may process personal data outside the country where you live, including in the United States, where privacy laws may differ.

As a general rule:
- Account, payment and referral records may remain after account closure for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes and legal compliance
- Generated outputs are retained for up to two hours so they can be accessed from My generations, then automatically deleted from our servers
- Digital image fingerprints, safety results, and security and support records may be kept as long as reasonably needed to detect repeat abuse, review decisions, resolve issues or comply with law
We may anonymise data so that it can no longer be linked to you. We may keep anonymised data for longer periods for analytics and service improvement.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the personal data we hold against unauthorised or accidental access, use, alteration, disclosure or loss.
No online service can be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for limiting access to your devices and browser.

To exercise these rights, please contact us at hi@pronlabs.com.
We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests. We may refuse requests where we are permitted or required to do so by law, for example if providing access would impact the privacy of others or if we must retain certain data for legal reasons.
9. Minimum age
The Service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from people who are not adults. If you believe a person under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority in their country) has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
10. Third-party links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
